Our services include (without limitation); subscription services to our newsletter, paid subscription packages, printed and digital magazine purchases, printed and digital media using social media applications, text and imagery – photography and videography provided by submissions and use of other services, which we may offer at or via the sites at www.photoshootmagazine.co.uk and www.shop.photoshootmagazine.co.uk.

Information Collection and Use

What personal data we collect, depends on which of our services you are accessing. If you submit you or your teams’ work, then this includes information that you have requested to display within your submission or article, i.e., your name, business name, telephone number(s), email addresses, social media names and links, biographies and general details. 

Submission information is shared via a digital issue, print and social media applications and our site.  We reserve the right to use your final editorial material for promotional and marketing on our site and social media platforms.

We do not pass or sell your personal information to third parties for any marketing purposes.

Your information is very important to us and we look after it carefully in line with data protection and privacy laws. We never collect more information than is necessary for the job in hand and the information we collect depends on which service you are accessing. 

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (‘Log Data’).

This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

In addition, we use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyse this data.

We only communicate with you using personal information that has been provided directly by yourself when communicating with submissions, general enquiries or subscriptions to our newsletter.  You can, at any point, opt out from subscribing by using the ‘unsubscribe’ link contained at the bottom of every marketing email we send or you can email direct to: editor@photoshootmagazine.co.uk

Do you share my information?

The only information that is shared with other parties is the information for our magazine functions that complies with GDPR, which are as follows:

Subscription data is collected and stored by MailChimp and MailMunch (via WordPress Apps). This information is stored until you decide to opt out or request direct removal.

We use WooCommerce as our shop situated within our sites.  Statistical information is stored for sales patterns, traffic volumes and related matters. These details will not include information personally identifying you.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amounts of data, which may include an anonymous, unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
