What personal data we collect, depends on which of our services you are accessing. If you submit you or your teams’ work, then this includes information that you have requested to display within your submission or article, i.e., your name, business name, telephone number(s), email addresses, social media names and links, biographies and general details. 

Submission information is shared via a digital issue, print and social media applications and our site.  We reserve the right to use your final editorial material for promotional and marketing on our site and social media platforms.

We do not pass or sell your personal information to third parties for any marketing purposes.

Your information is very important to us and we look after it carefully in line with data protection and privacy laws. We never collect more information than is necessary for the job in hand and the information we collect depends on which service you are accessing.

The only information that is shared with other parties is the information for our magazine functions that complies with GDPR, which are as follows:

Subscription data is collected and stored by MailChimp and MailMunch (via WordPress Apps). This information is stored until you decide to opt out or request direct removal.

We use WooCommerce as our shop situated within our sites.  Statistical information is stored for sales patterns, traffic volumes and related matters. These details will not include information personally identifying you.
